•  Winter Park is located 67 miles northwest of Denver (90 miles from Denver Airport).

•  Take I-70 West to U. S. Highway 40 West (Exit 232).

•  Exit 232 (Empire/Granby).

•  Travel over Berthoud Pass on Highway 40 West 2 miles past the Winter Park ski area to the town of Winter Park .

•  Turn right on East Mid Town Road, which is at the 2nd stoplight in town, located at the Winter Park Visitor Center / McDonald's.

•  Follow around to left onto Ski Idlewild Road.

•  Sawmill Station townhomes are on the right.
